1. Hotel Responsibilities:
The Travel Supplier is responsible for the accuracy and content of their Profile included in the Deal Feeder Bank.
The Travel Supplier agrees to submit any Profile updates electronically, in a timely manner.
The Travel Supplier agrees to submit their deal(s) electronically on a regular basis. Travel Suppliers’ Deals must include a Headline, clear details of each deal with any restrictions or conditions within 600 characters. The book and travel date will be posted with the deal, and the deal will be removed automatically when the book date expires.
2. Bookings:
All bookings go directly to your website as the ‘Book Now’ buttons on your Landing Pages are linked to your URL. Your logo will also appear on the Home Page of offers.travel with a link to your website.
3. Deal Feeder Fees:
The Travel Supplier will pay for three (months) Monthly Deal Feeder Fees in advance. Subsequent payments will be processed automatically every three months.
4. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective on the date that the Deal Feeder Registration is submitted online. The Deal Feeder Fee and Agreement and shall remain for a minimum period of three months. This Agreement may be terminated at any time, by visiting www.offers.travel clicking on ‘My Account’ and by activating ‘Cancel Account’.
